FIVI
Since 2008, the association of Italian independent winemakers!
FIVI - Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti (Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers), is a non-profit organization that aims to promote and protect the figure, the work, the interests and the technical-economic needs of the Italian Independent Winegrower, a person who implements the complete wine production cycle, from the cultivation of grapes to the bottling and marketing of the final product.
There are about 1,500 winemakers associated with FIVI, from all Italian regions.
We believe in the exact same values that are the basis of the FIVI association, which is why we select only independent winemakers, wine producers who operate independently and manage all stages of production, who are the custodians of authentic viticulture, an expression of the cultures of the territories, and bearers of values that are increasingly recognized and appreciated in the wine market.
All the wineries we selected reflect this identity, and most of them, being FIVI members, place the Independent Winemaker mark directly on the bottle. The mark depicts "Ampelio," an image of a Winemaker carrying a basket of grapes on his shoulders and whose shadow takes the shape of a bottle.
